We recently moved to Murfreesboro and bought a home that needed some updating. We were not happy with the kitchen and thought maybe a cabinet refacing by a national big-box store would be the way to go, in order to save the cost of completely replacing the cabinets. We got their bid, but were uneasy with some conflicting information they gave us and the high cost.
We decided to get on the internet and see if we could find a local company to consider for the job. One rep from a large local company came out, listened to our ideas, measured our space, and said we would hear from him with a proposal and bid; we never heard from him or his company again. We were so fortunate to contact Cabinets Plus. Within two days, two designers were in our home to listen to our ideas, make suggestions, and measure the space. The next day we received their kitchen design proposal, estimated cost, and estimated time for completion. The project by Cabinets Plus (including high-quality, all-new cabinetry) was to cost thousands less than the bid for refacing by the big-box store. Working with Jeanine, Holly, and Jaclyn was so enjoyable and hassle-free. They had an entire support team available for completion of our update, including installation of the cabinets, electrical, plumbing, countertop, and backsplash. The final payment to Cabinets Plus is not expected until the customer is satisfied with the results. We are so pleased with the results and are now planning our next project with Cabinets Plus, a master-bath update.
